If the User does not agree with the terms and conditions of use set forth in this Legal Notice, the User must refrain from using the Web Pages, Blogs, or participating in Social Media.

This Legal Notice is subject to changes and updates; therefore, the version published by Apave Portugal may differ each time the User accesses the services offered. Consequently, the User must read the Legal Notice whenever using the services offered.

Through the Website, the User has access to and uses various Content published on the Internet by Apave Portugal or by authorized third parties.

The User is obligated and agrees to use the Services and Content in accordance with applicable law, the Legal Notice, and any other notice or instruction made known to the User, whether through this Legal Notice or elsewhere within the Content comprising the services, as well as with generally accepted rules of conduct, morality, and good customs.

The User shall refrain from obtaining or attempting to obtain the Content using means or procedures other than those that, as the case may be, have been made available for that purpose or have been indicated for that purpose on the web pages where the Content is located, or, in general, those normally used on the Internet for that purpose, provided they do not pose a risk of damage to or disruption of the Site and/or the Content.

Apave Portugal is not responsible for the transmission, dissemination, or making available to third parties of any material contained on the website, such as information, texts, data, content, messages, graphics, drawings, sound and/or image files, photographs, recordings, software, logos, trademarks, icons, links, graphic designs, source codes, or any other material to which you have access in your capacity as a user of the website. Users must use the content in a manner that does not damage the image or reputation of Apave Portugal.

Apave Portugal is not responsible for users’ use of the content, nor does it sponsor, endorse, or share any opinions that may be expressed by users, including on websites from which the content made available to them is downloaded. If any use of the content is detected for a purpose that, in Apave Portugal’s opinion, could harm its image, a simple email notification to the person responsible for the misuse of the content will be sufficient to require the cessation of such use of content from the Apave Portugal website.
